I believe that mandarin related jobs are hot right now. A friend of mine entered in a non-voice BPO company which requires you to have background on mandarin. I guess, you just need to look for those kinds of job.

i just want to ask if i can apply on this site im not a college graduate but i have a knowledge to speak mandarin but not as fluent as like the others…
