Apart from crafting a Software Process Improvement Plan, we added a Competency Development component.
The Competency Development Exercise is meant to assist participants in drafting the list of skills needed to be acquired in order for each process area to be developed in the organization. It can also be used in the future in assessing skills needed by one personnel to be able to competently perform a process area and in determining their capability as well.
Once payment is received, expect to get the Software Process Improvement E-Book to help you prepare ahead of time. This e-book is written by the trainer, Janette Toral.
